Isa what? Isagenix!!!
Here we go again! Another post about my journey. So I was dissapointed to see that I haven't reached lower than my five pound mark... Until I pulled out the tape measurer and remeasured myself on the twelve day mark. 10.5 inches have dissapeared off of my body!!! I LOST AN INCH AND A HALF OFF MY STOMACH!!! With no crunches or workouts. I was amazed!!! It makes me want to do more physical activity so I can lose even more!!! I am now only three inches away from my measurements I was in high school, and at this rate, I am stoked!!! I have been able to squeeze into yet more of my old clothes, which is absolutely exhilerating!!! Its been hard not eating all my favorite Winter Foods, but hey, I'm happy with my results so far so that in itself is motivation. Christmas will be interesting, but I am NOT going to compromise my new found eating habits for my old ones of junk food and sweets. Happy Holidays to all of you!!!

Isagenix Cont...
So I have now almost been doing Isagenix for one week. I have gotten through the 2 day cleanse, and am back to the dirt shakes. I have found myself not craving as much snacks and junk as I used to, and the dirt taste as well as all the other lovely flavors found in Isagenix don't phase me at all anymore. Now onto the amazingly awesome news - I FIT INTO A PAIR OF MY OLD PANTS!!! I have lost a total of about 5 pounds in one week, and although snug, I can fit into a pair of my old skinnys. (These jeans used to shudder when they saw my thighs). It was the biggest feeling of accomplishments and results that I've had in the past year!!! So cheers to this, and again, I'll keep you posted! :) Hoorah!!!

Food. I miss it.
So I am trying out the program Isagenix. It is a progam that helps you become more healthy and helps you lose weight by removing the toxins stored in fat cells. Most days of the week you replace two meals a day with a chocolate shake (ignore the 'chocolate' part - it tastes like dirt), eat one sensible meal, and take supplements that both cleanse you and give you energy. Also there is a super cleanse that you must do for two days in a row - drinking only a liquid that tastes like a skunk ran over with a lawnmower. Today is my first day of the cleanse, and it is SOOO HARD!!! I have done weight watchers, P90X, and am an expert at counting calories and calculating the nutrient content in each thing I eat, but this two day liquid fast is very difficult. I haven't been hungry all day because the program is very scientifically safe, but golly geez am I craving anything SOLID!!! Though I am struggling, it has been forcing me to really examine my relationship with food. I have found that the times today that I have been bored, I have found the urge to go to the fridge or cupboard to find something. It really surprised me!!! Also, I have been reading the book, "Women, Food, and God". Its been like a journal/bible to me getting through the new-found issues I have with food - and there are plenty!!! So, wish me luck as I continue on this tasteless journey on which I have embarked. I'll keep you posted!!!

So Much Has Changed!!!
I have been contemplating for the past bit about the last year. In the past year so much has changed!!! Since last June, I have graduaduated from high school, moved away, lived on my own, gained my independence, finished my first year of college, decorated my own apartment, started my own garden, met my soul mate, fell in love, got married, and found the most happiness I have ever experienced. I could not be happier than I am right now!!! I can't wait for what the next year may bring! (It better include a puppy!!!)

Socioabnormalcymaritapersonaphobia
So both myself and Andrew have found a new problem. It started when I found Andrew hiding in a Wal-mart clothing rack. When I found him, his eyes were dialated and he was shaking. Beads of perspiration clung to his forehead. I quickly got him home where it was dark, quiet, and familiar. The second stage progressed when I froze in the library. My heart started pounding with anxiety and I felt like the walls were closing in. It was lying in bed that night that I awoke with an epiphany: we are afraid of social interaction. Commonly known as "Socioabnormalcymaritapersonaphobia", or thats what my therapist told me...
Being married creates a whole new life. It creates bonds so strong that your best friend is your spouse. Sometimes it is easy to forget that the outside world exists. Okay despite my exaggerated introduction, it really is scary!!! Getting to know new people and friends for example, in our married ward, makes me want to hide in a closet. Is there anyone that has advice for getting over this newly-married social scare???

Muah Ha Ha Ha Ha!!!!

I have made an executive decision that will bless all the students of Ephraim. I am going to burn the Snow College Campus down and rebuild a psychiatric ward in it's place to help mend the minds that are completely comatose because of finals week. There are only three weeks left until summer! I am not sure if i'm going to make it!!!

Happy Easter!!!
Happy Easter Everybody!!! Andrew and I started off the day this morning with pancakes, bacon, and a wonderful morning session of conference! After accidentally stumbling upon my easter basket (Andrew left it in the middle of a room I was trying to clean... silly...) We decided to open our baskets. Andrew hid all my presents in random rooms of the house. I found my easter basket in one, new shoes in another, an incredibly awesome set of 3-D sidewalk chalk (What is this world coming to?), black paint (for a craft i'm working on), and a blanket basket. I was thrilled!!! After, I had Andrew search for his easter basket all over the apartment. It took about twenty minutes before I finally caved in and told him it was hid outside! (I'm so witty)He was so excited when he opened it! He got two movies, a movie poster for the movie room, sidewalk chalk, a giant bubble wand, a frisbee, and candy. After, we spent the rest of the day playing with our chalk, blowing bubbles, and throwing the frisbee around. We listened to the second session of conference while making a kick-butt dinner, may I add. I was very proud of myself and so was Andrew. You see, a lot of my kitchen adventures don't end happily ever after, and I was pleased that our easter dinner turned out delicious! We also dyed some easter eggs, got bored, and decided to tye-dye the towel we were working on with the egg dye. It's outside drying on our balcony. We'll see how it worked out tomorrow. :D Well thats all for the Adventures of the Clarks!!!
P.S. Pictures up soon!!! :D
